Refund and Returns Policy

We take great pride in delivering 100% natural and high-quality products to our customers worldwide. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand our process and terms.

 

1. Return Eligibility

As our products include natural fruit, vegetable, and leaf powders, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

2. Reporting a Problem

If you encounter any issues with your order:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

  3. Our quality team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.

 

3. Refund or Replacement

After verification:

  • If the claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • For replacements, the new product will be shipped within 5 working days of confirmation.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Items purchased during promotional offers or discounts.

  • Bulk or export orders (unless damaged during transit).

 

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

 

6. International Orders

For export shipments, returns are accepted only in case of verified product damage or quality issues.
Refunds for international orders may take 10–15 working days depending on the payment channel and country.
